Plane Handling Ltd steps up Amicus VMS implementation
B.A.S.E.A appoints Mike Bradshaw to the Board Of Directors
 TESTIMONIALS

Since installing the Amicus VMS in Signature Flight Support`s fleet of vehicles last summer, we have seen a significant decrease in damage to all vehicles which subsequently increased productivity from all vehicles whilst not being in the workshop and a pleasing fall in repair costs incurred.

The system is particularly user friendly and the incorporated reporting function is a useful time saving tool.

 Enhanced vehicle security
Amicus VMS provides extensive vehicle security, which can lead to insurance savings. In addition to vehicle tracking and locating via GPS, the system prohibits unauthorized access to a vehicle. The vehicle is immobilized until the system receives correct driver identification and authorization via the key fob. Not only will fleet managers be able to place their vehicles and drivers at specific points in time, they can control which drivers have access to which vehicles.
By monitoring excessive speeds, hours behind the wheel and encouraging safer driving habits, the likelihood of an accident is diminished, possibly resulting in lower insurance premiums.
Each Amicus VMS unit is allocated an ESN (Electronic Serial Number), which, together with the advanced GPS facility enables the vehicle to be identified and tracked. As security is assured, Amicus VMS once again can reduce the number of insurance claims, resulting in reduced premiums.
