The system provides a facility to record business and private mileage information that is incredibly accurate, based on a combination of vehicles ‘speed pulses’ and GPS rather than solely on the unreliable GPS method as with most of our competitors.

This data can be made available online to the employer and/or the employee for the purposes of mileage/P11D returns in an Inland Revenue approved reporting format.
To comply with European Privacy and data protection laws, Amicus VMS is the only system to protect drivers from inappropriate monitoring during a private journeys by hiding the GPS location from unauthorized viewing. Drivers still maintain their privacy & safety whilst the vehicle records all other events ie speeds and mileage data.
