   Company

Amicus VMS (Vehicle Management Systems) Ltd provides a proprietary Internet based asset management solution for companies wishing to manage remote motorized and human assets. Amicus VMS offers a suite of productivity enhancement tools to resolve some of the operational and Health & Safety issues faced by management and drivers alike. Monitoring the lifecycle of a vehicle from acquisition right through to disposal and all the data in between allows companies to be more pro-active and cost efficient.

Capitalizing on our in-depth experience of the Aviation industry, we invested time working with and understanding key issues and concerns that affect all levels in an organization. Ultimately we were able to design a robust, scalable platform from which we were able to assimilate core data that would be required by companies both on a statutory and an accounting basis. To date this has enabled us to develop the complete “Amicus Vehicle Management System”.

Research indicated two major concerns – a direct link between productivity levels and overall profit margin where revenue is often lost through time spent on fleet administration and sometimes poor management of company assets. These concerns are almost overshadowed by the need for compliance with strict Health and Safety legislation and the corporate responsibility of companies to show a ‘Duty of Care’.
